For any aftersales queries or service requests, we ask that you include the following information to ensure the claim can be processed as quickly as possible:

1) Images of the installation

2) Description of the problem; if temperature issue, please include manual readings

3) Serial number and/or image of the rating plate (located internally at the bottom left)

4) If in warranty, proof of purchase (all coolers come with a 3 year warranty from point of purchase)

5) If out of warranty, batch number is also required from the rating plate.
