We hold almost every component on stock in various volumes in our warehouses across the UK and the EU - if your wine or beverage cooler has developed a fault, we can usually dispatch the part or parts within a couple of days.

Servicing 

We hold a wide range of serviceable parts for the wine coolers and beverage fridges, although our fridges are mostly built for life and no intervention is required - you may need to change the charcoal filter once a year which can be found in the accessories section.

Aftersales

CELLA have in house engineers based both here in the UK and at our factories across the globe, our technicians will be able to help diagnose the issue with your cooler remotely and send parts for fitment with minimal intervention. 

In the UK and Ireland we have engineer coverage the length and breadth of both islands meaning we can repair your wine fridge or beer cooler in as little as a few days.
